What you are buying

A Pathway Pack is a digital document: a decoded, cited description of one state pair's published licensure requirements for one licence class, plus 12 months of updates as set out in the update promise.

Licence to use it

Buy one and you may read it, print it, and keep it — for yourself. Please do not redistribute or resell it. If you need copies for a team, a district or a spouse-employment programme, that is what the bulk licence is for.

Accuracy, and what happens when we get it wrong

We take considerable care, cite every requirement, and date every fact. We do not guarantee that a state will treat your file as our reading suggests, because that decision is the agency's. If a pack contains an error, tell us: we correct it, date the correction publicly, and refund you if you prefer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. To be confirmed before launch

Changes

If these terms change, the version in force when you bought is the one that applies to your purchase.
