Refunds and the update promise
Refunds
14 days, no questions asked. Email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund in full. You do not have to explain why, and you keep nothing we need back.
If a pack turns out to contain an error at any time, tell us: we correct it, date the correction on the updates page, and refund you if you would rather have the money.
The update promise, stated precisely
Every pack includes 12 months of updates from the date you buy it. Concretely, that commits us to four things:
- Re-verify every source the pack cites, quarterly. Fetch the pages, diff them against our dated archive, and review what changed.
- Reissue the pack when a cited requirement changes, with the change and its effective date marked.
- Email you when we reissue it, at the address used for purchase.
- Pull the pack from sale if a re-check fails — a page has moved, a rule has changed, or we have found an ambiguity — until it is fixed. We do not sell around a known doubt, and if you already hold that pack we tell you rather than waiting for the fix.
What the promise is not
It is not a subscription and it does not renew or charge you again. It is not a guarantee that a state's rules will not change in a way you dislike. It is not advice about your file. And it does not cover corridors or licence classes outside the pack you bought.
If we stop
If this product is ever discontinued, the update obligation on packs already sold is honoured to the end of their 12 months, or you are refunded pro rata, whichever you prefer. That is stated here rather than in a footnote because you are entitled to know it before you buy, not after.
